Taking to Instagram, the actor-influencer shared the recipe for tangy makhana chaat. With a few simple ingredients, quick steps, and a healthy and delicious taste – it’s the perfect solution for those evening hunger pangs.

*Sprouts
*Green chili
*Tomato
*Onions
*Lemon juice
*Red chili
*Chaat masala

Method
*Roast makhana in a teaspoon of ghee to make it crispy.
*Boiled sprouts. “You can skip this step or add chana instead. I like to add it for proteins,” Roshni said.
*Add the boiled sprouts or chana to the makhana.
*Add chopped green chili, tomato, and onion juice.
*Now, sprinkle some lemon juice over it.
*Top it all off with red chilli, salt, and chaat masala.
